Description

As a precursor to the establishment of a University, a team dedicated people first established Kathmandu Valley Campus in 1985 to provide education in Intermediate of Science (I.Sc). The same team proposed the establishment of Kathmandu University. After thorough discussion on the proposal in the Parliament, Kathmandu University was granted by an Act of Parliament on December 11, 1991.

Kathmandu University School of medical Sciences(KUSMS) is an institution established in collaboration between Kathmandu University and Dhulikhel hospital.

Completed Intermediate of Science or 10+2 or equivalent with English, Mathematics and Science (Chemistry, Physics, Biology) and should have secured an aggregate of 50% or more marks in English, Mathematics and any two of the science subjects mentioned above. The age of Candidate must be 17 years on or before 31st December, of the year admission to the MBBS course.

Description
